How many teachers around you have given up? Where are you in relation to the post? Are there ways for you to encourage your fellow teachers, and what does your administration do? What should one do when noticing that downward spiral starting to begin? Are you supported? I found this post to be thought-provoking and VERY telling. Thoughts?
